Gelatin sticks recovered near PM Modi's event venue in Bengaluru; suspect detained

At least two gelatin sticks were recovered near a venue where Prime Minister Narendra Modi was scheduled to attend an event in Bengaluru, said the Karnataka Police on Sunday.
